Creativity
We care for the environment by:
- manufacturing cosmetics and packaging in one place and under the same roof, reducing our transport footprint, re-using collective packaging and, as a result, minimizing emissions of air pollutants;
- upgrading our machine park to save energy;
- reducing plastic waste through the use of closed-loop automation and multi-layered technology for the production of packaging;
- making our packaging lighter (if possible) and, as a result, reducing the amount of plastic waste that ends up in the market;
- making use of our own effluent pretreatment plant instead of burdening the public sewage system with substances that are hard to dissolve in water;
- implementing RSPO standards for sustainable palm production;
- using renewable resources as alternatives to fossil fuels
- reducing paper consumption in the office and promoting e-documentation instead.
We care for the well-being of our employees by:
- creating opportunities for their personal growth;
- encouraging them to engage in volunteer work;
- providing first-aid training;
- updating our knowledge of occupational health and safety;
- promoting a healthy work-and-life balance.
We care for our community by:
- appointing an ethics officer;
- creating a supplier code of conduct;
- offering student apprenticeship programmes and training programmes for future specialists;
- running our own art gallery;
- supporting local and national charity organizations;
- building an apiary to save the bees.
